Made from the finest C3 Micro-Grain carbide allows these knives to wear 15+ times longer than the best High Speed Steel. We polish the cutting face of the carbide knife to a mirror finish to provide the smoothest wood finish possible. The carbide is supported by a true M2-HSS corg. backing plate. All knives are precision crush ground for exact uniformity. Carbide is 92Ra hardness, 400,000 psi transverse rupture strength. All knives are 100% compatible with Wisconsin Knife Bak-Pak TM.
