 The CFS-P/F Filters represent a dramatic step forward in the performance of filter systems for tool grinders. Benefits of their unique design include better tool finish, longer grinding wheel life, plus longer coolant life. With their ability to clean water even better than more expensive centrifuge systems, the CFS fixed and portable models are the best solutions for filtering machine coolant systems.

Pictured at right, our unique large filter is engineered for the coolant to flow from inside out, thus preventing dirty coolant from remaining inside the system. You just pull it out and all the dirt comes with it. The filter canister is made from carbon steel and the filter itself has tremendous holding capacity with over 50 square feet of filter area. It is constructed with more synthetic media fibers to create additional surface area and smaller pores for the fluid to pass through.

The systems are designed with self-priming positive displacement machine coolant pumps, which can provide flows from 2 to 15 GPM.

Unique filter design requires no tools for servicing and is completely disposable. Constructed with non-corrosive plastisol end caps.
